Twinspire’s career readiness program prepares foster youth and at-promise youth to thrive in today’s workforce by equipping them with the skills and confidence needed for professional success. Participants also have access to internships and partnerships with local businesses, gaining valuable hands-on experience that helps them take the next step toward their career goals.

Participants learn resume writing, interview preparation, professional communication, goal setting, and how to explore career pathways that align with their interests and strengths.
2. Who can participate in the career development workshops?
Our workshops are open to foster, at-promise and system-impacted young people ages 13–30 who are interested in preparing for future employment or higher education opportunities.
3. Do participants receive support after the workshops end?
Yes, participants can receive ongoing mentorship, job referrals, and access to networking opportunities through our partners and Twinspire’s alumni support network.
